Not sure if it was just for today (Monday} but access to Fladbury from the A44 was closed for resurfacing work in case you may be going. Went to Wood Norton instead.

Re: Fladbury road closure.September is now only weeks away, this usually sees the "summer anglers" bugger off slowly, along with their beer cans, fag ends, empty tins, plastic bags, 8oz feeders, carp rods, keepnets, bite alarms, radios, and Jeremy Kyle-esque behaviour.

Re: Fladbury road closure.robhol1. Didn't catch much I have to say, arrived about 11.00 left about 8.00. Some small perch around midday then nothing bar one more perch about 6.00. Cage feeder with meat on one rod, maggot feeder and float fished maggots on the other. Not a bite on the meat rod, did try pellet for a time. 3 out of 10 for fishing skills, 10 out of 10 for patience and perseverance.
