1st August 9Ib 2oz Barbel. Caught on Pellet.
Was about to pack up after 6 hours without even a liner when the rod finally wrapped around at nearly half 9 PM. Still aiming for a double!!!

Thanks Atlast.
I had just returned from 2 weeks abroad and was told that we had a load of rain whilst I was away. When I got to the river I could not believe how low and clear it still was. That said it has been like that all season and the fish still come out but you have to be very patient. Lets hope for some proper rain soon.
