Re: Trotting the Teme

hi mickgrove, there are a couple of youtube vlogs on the Teme at Eastham Bridge, Eardiston and lindridge. They cover a variety of methods with some success, i believe its "Dans fishing vlogs" if you look for fishing BAA river Teme you should get a choice of what your looking for,
These fisheries are near to Tenbury Wells they also have quite long trots for your trotting fishing, i have not personally caught a Roach or a Dace from these but that doesn't mean they are not present.
Grayling are obliging and also Brown trout albeit not specimen sizes, but hey if your float dips take whatever you can.
Good luck when you visit and it would be nice if you can share your catches or blanks.

Re: New venues

I have regularly spoken to guys at Arley who holiday in the area from the west country, and for £40 fishing is peanuts to fish without the need for day tickets. it's an annual thing for them and their mates and family !

Re: BAA membership prices

with regards to our works team there is a rumour going around that this part of the BAA may have to stop owing to a very serious incident that happened on the Teme somewhere ! if what I heard is true then contractors would have to be the way forward and that costs would have to rise, by how much i assume would be for AGM approval. I am also hearing that for legal reasons this "incident" is being suppressed by the BAA .

Re: salwarpe

Hi guys, went past the lay by on sunday if you wait a day or two you could probably fish from the lay by as the river is all over the fields. Merry Christmas.
