Combination padlocks

We have had reports that some of our members have found that the dials on some of our combination padlocks (eg Coppice Lake) are difficult to turn. 

Members are advised to hold or push the shackle/shank in as they dial the number in this takes the pressure off the pin tumblers and the dials roll easily.
