    Membership of Birmingham Anglers Association is only available direct from the BAA office. Anyone wishing to join the Association, or to re-new existing membership, may do so by telephoning or calling in to the office during our normal hours of 9.30am and 2.00pm. Monday to Friday, or by applying in writing to the address below, giving their full name, address and post code.

    Postal applications for membership must be accompanied by a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Please make cheques payable to “BAA Limited”.

    BAA Membership covers a full calendar year from 1 January to 31 December, and entitles the holder to fish for coarse fish, trout and salmon on any of the Association’s many miles of rivers, canals and pools, subject to the bye-laws of the Association and subject to the member holding the appropriate Environment Agency Licence.

    A hand book, giving full details of all BAA fishing, including maps of waters, access routes and parking areas is produced at regular intervals and can be obtained from your local tackle dealer price £2.00, or direct from BAA offices priced £2 plus 50p postage.

        ** Non-Fishing membership entitles the member to be present at, or to accompany, a Full / Senior / Junior / Infant member on Association waters, but under no circumstances may they fish themselves.

        DAY PERMITS

         

        Day permits are available for all association venues and all days at a cost of £8.

        Day permits are valid for the date stated on them and are available from all Association agents or from the B.A.A. office. Day permits allow the purchaser to fish on any Association water on the date stated on the permit, subject to the particular venue not being required for a contest. When ordering Day permits by telephone, at least two clear postal delivery days must be allowed for.

         

        Day permits are not available on the bank and must be purchased in advance.

        NIGHT PERMITS

         

        Night permits are available to full members (not day tickets), for certain venues at a cost of £10 per night. Night permits are only on sale from BAA H.Q. and must be purchased in advance. Junior members wishing to fish at night must be accompanied by an adult member. Infant members are not allowed Night Permits. When ordering night permits by telephone, at least two clear postal delivery days must be allowed for.

        RIVER AVON:  MARLCLIFF, FLADBURY.

        RIVER SEVERN:  KNOWLE SANDS, BROOK SECTION, RIBBESFORD, LADYHAM,

                                                      HALLOW, RIPPLE.

                    RIVER TEME:   COTHERIDGE,  STANFORD BRIDGE.

                    STILL WATERS:   UCKINGHALL POOL, MYTHE POOL, COPPICE LAKE
