DESCRIPTION

This delightful little Staffordshire river is best enjoyed by the roaming angler. Many twists and turns with shallow runs and deep holes. Chub, Perch, Pike & Barbel can all be found to specimen size. Best fished in late Summer, Autumn and Winter when there is more water in the river.

APPROACHES

Netherseal: from Tamworth take road signposted Harleston. From Harleston continue to Clifton Campville. Turn left over river then right to Netherseal, turn right again, parking just over river bridge.
Note: There is a short gap in the fishing immediately above Netherseal Bridge.Beware overhead powerlines
