DESCRIPTION

Two pools (formerly clay pits) close to the river Severn below Tewkesbury. The larger (No.2) pool holds 28 pegs and has depths of up to 12’. Carp, Tench, Bream and Perch plus large Eels, resident in both pools.
Strictly no night fishing allowed.

APPROACHES

Apperley Pools: from Tewkesbury take A38 (Gloucester) road, turning right at the sign for Apperley, picking up Gabb Lane in village and parking on verges where road bears left.
