Jackmccarthy Total Posts: 3 Joined: July 9, 2020	Hi guys, Preference - being more suited to barbel fishing than carp ( extra bonus of not having to buy extra reels when the rivers closed). I want to upgrade my barbel reels and was wondering if i went for the higher end of reels whether i would also be able to use them for a little bit of carp fishing?! Hi guys,

nothing wrong with the 6000,
some may say bit big for barbel fishing. but think how long you actually hold the rod for.
