Now I moved a bit closer to Evesham was thinking of giving this stretch a go, so any feedback would be helpful.
Doesn't have to be Barbel related, any info would be good.

Re: Wood Norton

A bit old info from my last visit there - October last year, but you may find it useful: the meadow downstream of the car park is OK, no platforms but a number of good swimms. The meadow upstream of the car park is not - very high, very steep and very overgrown. As for the fish, me and my friend caught a couple of jack pikes and perch, and I was told from other anglers there is good fishing for bream and roach there. Good luck if you decide to give it a try

Re: Wood Norton

Looks like a good feeder venue, with it being deep. Thanks for the info.

ReWood Norton

I visited there yesterday. Car park overgrown and fly tipping evident. All the pegs completely inaccessible unless you fancy sweating for an hour with a bank stick to find a peg.
