Chub, dace, grayling and trout mainly (and salmon parr). River needs a bit of colour to fish absolutely at its best. Very pretty stretch of river. Tight lines if you give it a go.

There is a gage on the river there that is very handy. It can be accessed through the NRW website or if you're on a mobile, through the excellent "RiverApp" survice that lets you view the river level data for anything from the last 24 hour to the last three months.
