Bumped into a group working Stanley/Kinlet Monday, they were strimming/cutting pegs all morning and I expertly showed them how NOT to get a bite running a stick float as they stopped behind my peg for a chat. By this time it was well in to the afternoon and they looked like they had already done a good shift.

Re: Bailiffs and work partiesYeah, I've seen a few digs on posts over social media, not just about the BAA but other clubs too, about the state of pegs on some river stretches. Well, I'd like to say a big thank you to all the guys who go out and at least try to keep on top of things. Its a thankless and never ending task and these guys at least give me the opportunity to enjoy a few hours fishing of a weekend. Its hard for me to get out and do a bit myself due to work and other commitments so I appreciate everything that others do for their respective fishing club waters

Re: Bailiffs and work partiesNice to see the lads getting the recognition and credit they really deserve for all the hard work they put in for us.

Re: Bailiffs and work partiesGreat job done by all the bailiffs and work crews who make it possible for us to enjoy our hobby. They always stop to have a chat and lend advice in a positive way, its a thankless task and one most of us dodge but when you meet the lads and see their effort put in it is only right to give them the credit they deserve.
