Hello Fellow D’anglers,

I have just looked at the Fisheries Work Plan that is posted in the Menu Header with the
Booked Waters!

It was updated on 1st May and it has a list of the immediate work to be undertaken

From 4th May it will work on Bidford LB a rebuild of ALL PEGS!

If you have not seen this document have a look at it.

The Fisheries Team, which comprises mostly of Volunteers deserves a round of applause as they have been very busy!

! “Well done to All Concerned in the Fisheries Team”!

The only thing that I can say is where we / us members see anything on the Rivers or Pools that needs the attention of the Fisheries Team then send a message to the Club Secretary that informs the Association of what is in your opinion “needed” so that a list can be compiled for the issues to be addressed in order of priority!

BAA can do nothing on the Canals as they are C & R T responsibility!

Keep on Fishing

I followed up on Reg’s post and reported an access issue to the downstream section at Bidford RB. I heard back from Craig Williams straight away who is going to look into it. Fantastic service

Walking the dog this weekend I was most impressed by the work carried out at Marlcliff. Well done all involved smiling

On Saturday the swimmers, paddleboarders etc were making the most of them, lets hope there are no problems when the season opens awkward

Fished there today off the car park pegs. Just packed up when about six dinghies full of idiots came down from Bidford and stat messing around in the middle of the river. No one fishing but god knows what it will be like through the holiday period. No respect of consideration for anyone.
