Hello gellow D’anglers
I visited Cropthorn today 06-09-21 . I have attached photos of the Signs at the Railway Level Crosding. In the BAA Handbook it shows Parking for Meadow 6 and then a track up to a Car Park for Meadow 4. Unfortunately the Track is now completely blocked.
I have also taken a photo of the Vat Park for Meadow 6 and the blocked track!
Can the BAA negotiate with the Farmer to allow bank side parking from Meadow 6 we would need to make good one of the Gates but perhaps one of the Bailiff’s could take a look?

Unfortunately our web site does not interact with my iPhone which has been discussed previously.
So here are my photos now attached.
The car park where I parked would only accommodate 3 vehicles in its current state as it is so overgrown!

Hiya. I used to love this area 20+ years ago and remember stick floating with hemp & casters around the swans neck, but the parking is now terrible. There's another post you made about access via the meadow 12. What a long stretch with no access / parking...
I went a few days ago too. When I saw the lane blocked, I assumed that the lane to go down was the one opposite the car park you mentioned for 3 cars.
I walked from the meadow below the swans neck to the one where you can see the railway (opposite the golf course) but couldn't find a fishable peg - very sad!
What's a 'Vat' park please or just a typo?
As with your other posts, I'm sure you have good intentions but i'm not sure if the BAA look for questions and answer them via this general chat? Also not sure how the farmer is going to help - surely it's the farmer that put all those mounds of earth, purposely to stop people - just guessing!
Did you fish and what did you catch?
