Drove past Eastham Bridge Sunday and saw that some absolute low life has fly tipped again. Its on the left hand side of the car park.

Doesn't help when some of our so called members can't be bothered to shut gates when they have used them. I regularly close a gate near me that is left open and also displaying the code to all and sundry.
