Just trying to find somewhere to have a fish, for someone who is new to pike fishing. I have caught couple just not fished loads cheers

Re: Predator fishing

Hi Dave,
You can have fun on the Avon,
Fladbury, Lower Moor, Pensham, Pershore, Wick are all good for Preds.

Let us know how you do.

Loads at ripple/birds. Big girls too. Also the lower reaches of the Avon around wood end/mythe farm have plenty, although I find dead baits work far better than lures round there. Pensham on the other hand I've had some excellent days with the spinning gear. Need to go back really, haven't been for a few years. Can't say about the pools though.

Re: Predator fishing

Hi Dave,
Further to your question that you asked, I suggest that you,

Take a look at the Monthly Archives that are to be found in the Latest News, and refer to the Upper Severn Reports that were produced by Mike and Ann Wood.

You should also have a look into the Search feature, where you can type in a word and it will bring you all the links that feature that word.

I hope that this might help you.
