Hi can anyone remember the river levels being so constantly high for so long, it seems like they have been up for 3 months now not so bad for the barbel but a struggle to get the float rods out

Re: River levelsMy opinion, that I've said on a few forums now, is that we no longer have a spring/summer/autumn/winter in the traditional sense, heavy snowfalls are rare these days, and we don't get that many frosts either. I think we now have a dry season and wet season, like they do in warmer countries.

Re: River levelsInteresting thoughts, it does feel like the seasons are changing you can bet we will be asked not to go fishing come June and July because of low oxygen levels it certainly cutting down the fishing season if it stays this way

Re: River levelsI think that with all this extra water it might get the barbel feeding well so hopefully a good chance of getting a new pb if we can catch it right
