Hi All,

just to let all know I will be asking the BAA not to do anymore pegs on this water for the next year, as I have been down to bailiff it again today and I have now seen that most of the top part of the water where we but the new pegs in last year is now giving way. So please if you come to fish it in the new season please be very careful as the banks may give way under your feet.
Sorry to inform you about this but I think you all need to know the danger about the bank that is starting to give way from our side of are water.

Hi Dale why do you think this is happening pal? could it be the supports are not driven far enough into the bank?

Hi Dave,

No boss it is most of the way along the bank, at the back of the pegs I have taken photos of the bank that I can send you or let you see when I see you again. I don't know wye it is happing because the river bank is not undercut that I can see, so I think the bank may be just giving away down into the river I am keeping an eye on it and taking photos to see if it gives way any more whit the river coming up whit all the rain that has come down. I will be putting up an update about it just before the season starts again.
