Hello Fellow D’anglers,

Is it just my iPad, or are you too suffering from an increase in the the Blue Page message,

“We’re sorry, but something went wrong”?

To be honest I think there's no escaping the fact that our Web page is a bit old knackered and past it. I get the blue screen quite often. There are other issues such as being able to open documents (match plan, work party plans etc). I'm not sure there is much of an argument against that.

For me the real question is whether it's worth replacing. Out of a new Web page or investing money in waters I'd probably rather it invested into the club. There are a handful of people who use the forum, I doubt many more use the Web page, so would it be a worthwhile investment? The opposing argument could be that people don't use it because of its faults, and if it were modernised it may see more use.

Honestly I don't think it's worth much investment myself.

morning chaps,, i think its a bit of both really ...i know for a fact that a few members i know wont even entertain looking on here as the site to them seems very outdated ....i personally don't mind as I'm a bit outdated myself. i do have lots of problems with the blue screen telling me something went wrong but it soon comes back...i was thinking the same as Reg that it was my connection or something , obviously not...i think they should have a shake up it wouldn't cost them money as one of there staff members is a I.T web designer....just get him to have a look at it..
i think its a real shame more people dont post stuff on here . i for one love reading how people get on at venues ,catches , method's ECT....

all the best BIN

My only gripe is the 'what you've caught ' photos at the beginning, they often change before you can read all the text and have to flip back, but it's not life or death so a minor moan. It just bugs me smiling

I get these messages a lot on my laptop.

I'm not an IT expert but would it be worth taking a look at the amount of pages of chat and looking to archive some. that way the web site doesnt have to try and set up every chat within the section.

Just a suggestion
