Re: Re: River venues car accessI agree chaps, the BAA pay good money for lease and i'm sure a few ton of stone wont break the bank balance. i can deal with some overgrown pegs but once you can not access your chosen fishing venue then it's all over, no point the club sorting pegs when you can not get access to them.

Re: Re: River venues car accessi would hope communication with all parties could sort these issues out before such action was taken, would be a shame for the BAA to end up giving up its stretches, a lot of BBA members have only a handful of stretches they can visit, ie local/travel/distance etc, i'm sure stretches given up would take away some BAA members fishing ?

Re: Re: River venues car accessHello Stew, does the BAA ask/advise the farmer/landowner to maintain problem tracks or is it totally up to the landowner when they want ?

Re: Re: River venues car accessChaps who has the privilege to maintain these access tracks, the farmer or club ? the entrance car park track at Knowle Sands is getting troublesome now also, needs some stone for holes, my other half wont drive down it anymore
