Re: What amount of bankside clearance/peg enhancement are members allowed to do?

Back in November last year I posted this message below

As I discovered yesterday when I visited Lindridge on the Teme for the first in over 30 years, there is some serious work needed to make it more fishable.

Well I see that a Picture of the Week has a very happy angler having a great day fishing at Lindridge and Praising the Bank Clearing and Comfortable Pegs that have been cut
Thank you the Fisheries Team

If you can take it fishing then you should take your rubbish home

Hello fellow d’anglers,
I chose to go to Pensham today to try for a Pike.
When I got to a peg that looked promising I discovered a discarded broken
bucket with empty dead bait fish packaging that had been stuck down the side of the staging!

I took this home with me at the end of my session and put it in the dustbin.
I have sent these details to the Secretary of the BAA.

As for the fishing I had one Pike of 7 lb that measured 30 inches that I caught on a dead Roach.

Coppice Pool - Massive Eel caught by Seth Broadbent

What a enormous Eel to come out of the Coppice Pool caught by Seth Broadbent on double red maggot, he weighed it as 8lb 2oz and if that was not enough his wife caught a Perch of over 2lb!

A good session, well done to Seth and his wife.
