Re: Introducing new anglers

I know if you hold a level 2 coaching licence you can speak to your local EA fisheries officer and get a waiver for the event

Re: Some Good Fish being caught in the first month of the new River Season

But pleasure or specimen angling has surpassed match angling, and perhaps the Association is not reflecting this? Of course, if you are to look at how the Executive is made up, it is very much of a matchman background, which is of course quite understandable.

Get yourself a seconder and put your name down for a position on the committee, if you want more representation

Re: Otter fencing!

From time to time AT offer funding for otter fencing using EA money. It can also be worth someone within the BAA speaking to their local EA fisheries officer to see if there are funds available for such a project.

They will expect BAA to at least match the funds offered.

Re: Night fishing and bad behavior at Fladbury

They probably never had a BAA membership, never mind a night ticket.

I don't fish that stretch, but what does banning night fishing solve if the above is true?
You can't ban something for the reason it's not your way of fishing.
