one problem would be how long do you stay fishing in a peg ? max one night or 2 ?
at ladyham or ripple. we could park up for a week or even longer .
also the cost. what would be a far price ? i pay 100 for night permit to fish the Avon but that`s only one stretch.
maybe a few stretches could be night fish only. limit amount of permits.
no matches or day ticket members .
but what stretches would you pick ?

few good size barbel along all the Warwickshire Avon.
before the 2007 floods doubles were much more common.
but also most stretches now get hammerd for barbel.
one stretch got listed in anglers mail years back and you couldn't get a peg that weekend.
and guess what. the barbel just swam off away from the pressure
so fish for that record barbel. take a quick photo if you must. .and let her go with a big smile on your face. cuz soon as you say the peg.... you know what will happen

i would pick the Avon for all of what you want to catch.

if im reading your question right. all of opp bank
has fishing rights up to the mill brook
. after that its BAA water on opp bank ( the brook section)

left bank early morning as sun behind you. first pegs up to water pipe get busy on opp side as caravan park fishing rights.
iv had better days up towards the spinney thou few years back now.
down stream better in afternoon as sun behind you. (i dont like bright sun lol )
no real banker pegs as loads of deeper glides to fish.
fast glides into deeper what i look for if float fishing
or any overhanging trees if feeder work
