Seems land owner has blocked all our down stream pegs.
there is an Aris rail padlocked to a post.
will get some pics up later.
does HQ know about this ?

Lower Avon will fish well thou. makes a change from low clear rivers.
the fry iv seen on the rivers this year has been very good

Well yes Barbel was one of the star attractions on the Teme.
bit like the mid severn in the late 70s 80s. "Barbel alley" or the "mad mile"
but as Neil said its not just Barbel.
it will be very interesting to see what fish have returned to this beautiful river since no angling pressure past few years.

remember the ditch was dug out because members were still driving up the field to the arrow mouth ! a big piddle the farmer off that, also some driving around the track on the crops really dont do us any favors.
as most things in our sport, the "few " ruin it for the many

yep good old Mythe very good for Tench. iv had them of most pegs.
i always fish close in. always on float as cant beat it it 
iv only had 2 short dabbles at coppice. but 2 carp out and rest had one or two.
still cool at night thou,
