HOT WEATHER ADVICE

During this spell of hot, dry weather, members who are pleasure fishing are advised to look after the fish you catch and avoid using keepnets. Please return all your fish immediately to the water with the minimum of handling.

If you are fishing in a contest, please ensure that your keepnet is pegged out properly and that there is sufficient depth of water for the fish to be safe. Alternatively, clubs should consider cancelling contests and re-booking them on future dates.
