Guys, new to the club this year .
Looking to fish Bidford next week and had a trip out from MK to view the stretch last weekend.
Can any one tell me the best swim to drop into and whether the bottom has those big boulders for any distance?
(Below the weir)
Regards Steve

To be honest Steve it's not one of the better populated stretches, there are some barbel in the weirpool but only a couple of pegs on the island, and the fishy looking pegs below the weir island don't really produce. There are some boulders sticking out maybe 5 yards from the far bank, nothing really down the near channel. Barton weir is a better bet!
