Went to Eardington today, when we arrived around 9.30am there was about 6 people, males and a female who had a tent pitched at the top of the bank and where fishing on the gravel beach section. They had a fire lit and had obviously been there all night. On top of the bank, just off the footpath was used toilet paper and human faeces. On the way back after our day, these "people" had gone but left behind litter and more toilet paper and human waste.
If, and its a big if, they have paid for tickets to fish the night, the BAA should be able to trace them and ban them from fishing again on its waters.
What image does it leave of us anglers to non fisherman who may be walking along the banks and who witnessed what we did today ?

I have to agree with you Paul,
and with there being Six of them, direct confrontation was simply out of the question.
If there was a telephone number available to call, be it to a Local Bailiff, or the Landowner is that not a possibility in order to try and reduce this type of Anti-Social (Primitive) behaviour?

Any one now fishing the Nait at Fladbury will now know they have fitted a lock on the gate . Because of our friends from the travelling community causing problems on there .

Badger Hudson does a great job there, he maintains the Nait, and also has a security company presence there, is also supportive of anglers.
When did you last fish there RN, how did you do?
