Match report.
29th July 2017.
Evesham Youth A/C fished below the bridge at Fladbury on Saturday and Junior Callum Jennings Won the Junior section with a big old black Avon bream.
See photo.
Spud Taylor won the Senior section with a big bream and an eel with bits for 6lb. 3oz. caught on the pole.
Junior section.
1st Callum Jennings. 6lb. 12 oz.
2nd Joe Cook. 2lb. 6 oz.
3rd Harry Lewis. 1lb. 5oz
Senior Section.
1st Spud Taylor. 6lb. 3oz.
2nd Glenn Robinson. 4lb 9oz.
3rd Darryl Aylett. 4lb.1oz.

good to see youngsters fishing rivers instead of muddy holes full of tame carp....
there's hope for watercraft yet!

Agreed Johnny. I have noticed a lot more people on the river since the start of the season than in previous years. I only go weekdays and most times used to have the river more or less to myself, but not this year.
