Hello Fellow d’anglers,
I have to thank Steve Cope for the Contest information that he publishes in his weekly report that he posts on the Canal & River Trust Website.

The John Sherwood Memorial contest took place on Sunday 10th September on the B’ham / Worcs Canal between Bridges 41-46.

There were 41 contestants, the Top weight was 20lb 15oz and the Top four weighed in just over
66lb of fish.

I hope that we can do as well when we fish part of that section in early November.
