Re: Mythe Early mornings or from 5pm on wards are the best time to fish it. Middle of the day is pointless here i see many people arrive at 10am and leave at 4pm and have not had a knock if only they stay until it gets dark the place switches on like a light bulb. If your looking to catch Tench here 4mm pellet and red maggot cupped in on the pole at 13metre is deadly for the tench you will catch closer in early doors though. Top end of lake is best for tench. The bream always seem to back of and its hard to keep them going on the pole. I personally have had more success with a feeder and using old school bream tactics so i will fire in 10/20 balls fishmeal groundbait on arrival and fish red maggot or corn tipped with maggot on hook & 9 times out of 10 @ around 5pm it begins. Mythe Started a thread for all that is Mythe, Hard venue to crack but love the place. Fish it for the Bream been trying to catch a ton of them here I have come close a few times but not quite there yet. What are people's preferred method here? Can anyone locate the bream in this lake? I generally find the top end (weedy area) of the lake fishes consistently the best but have had bigger numbers towards the bottom end. Is the Mythe catfish just a Myth or is there evidence? Mythe

Started a thread for all that is Mythe, Hard venue to crack but love the place. Fish it for the Bream been trying to catch a ton of them here I have come close a few times but not quite there yet.
