I understood this forum to be a "Members Forum" where members can air there views with each other anonymously. I am sure that BAA officers would respond if it was necessary to correct inaccuracies in stated policies etc.
Equally, if anyone requires a direct response from BAA on a specific topic, then they have only to ask, as I am sure that the forum will be being monitored.
