Joined Baa for the 1st time this year and so far i have had some nice barbel from the Severn
i had a 10lb barbel just before it got dark but time i got it in it was dark
as you can see from the pic

fished arley again this sat and i had 4 barbel from 5lb upto 9lb.8oz and 2 chub to 3lb

i fished arley for first time at the weekend i had couple of nice chub + a eel
and i had 3 barbel 2 at 6lb+ and my first double one at 10lb. it’s a lovely place looking at going back next weekend

thanks for the info and i did find a place to fish after i cleared a swim with a big bank stick
I fished for about 5 hours or so and had a 6 barbel Biggest was a about 6lb+and the smallest was 1lb+
so it wasn't a bad day after all and david you say fish the stanley waters down stream is that on the baa Ticket?
