Thanks for the Tench info Stick and Atlas. I'll be wetting the tench line later in the spring.

Hi Meatman,

On the matter of Tench (also my favourite course species) do you think that the difficulty in catching them is due to low stock or shy fish? If low stock could we ask the association for restocking of Tench to Coppice and Uckinhall? There are precious few good Tench waters in the midlands.

BAA Pools- Advice

Hi folks,

I’ve recently returned to fishing after many years absent and joined the BAA. I’m interested in trying some of the Pools for winter Roach and hopefully later in the season spring Tench. I wondered if anyone had some words of wisdom and advice on waters/tactics ?
