Re: Upper Severn at Powis Arms, WelshpoolHi Robhol1 Mike here upper severn area bailiff there is no need for a machete at forden as the track has been renewed and there is good access to river . I can assure you trotting tactics used on the river produces good catches of all species from Aberbechan to Poolquay but the only exception is there are no barbel at Aberbechan .
