Re: Apperley lakeok thanks for your reply. apperley can fish really well in the summer - trouble is i`m usually on the rivers then ! not tried coppice , a bit further for me and i need a driver at present ....

apperley, uckinghall, mythe farm ??????hi. hoping to fish one of them next week - been too ill to fish since september so totally out of touch. (i`m like a fish out of water ;) )

Re: Fishing the lakesi have fished apperley quite a bit the last few years. lots of roach/rudd/skimmers and the odd perch/eel caught. never caught any carp or seen signs of carp so i cant imagine there are many left in there. i have found apperley a dead loss before june tbh. its fairly deep and gets flooded so often and takes a long time to warm up i think. plenty of pike in there though !
