i fished at Barford which is just above Wasperton on opening day and while talking to another fisherman saw him bring a Signal crayfish to the side before it dropped off. He said he was being constantly hitting false bites while fishing large baits.
These crayfish are a menace to any fishery and a complete nuisance when fishing static baits.
