The river at Stourport is navigable and there are plenty of boats in evidence. Noted for its winter roach sport, anglers flock here to take advantage on pole, stick float and waggler. bronze maggots best.

Newhalls Meadow: Cross river and park in public car park near to Leisure Centre (fee payable). NOTE: As of September 2016, the Leisure Centre is up for sale and the public car park has been fenced off and is no longer accessible.
