More Wasperton ruts

As per our recent news item, the track along the bank at Wasperton has been graded to remove the ruts.

Unfortunately after the recent wet weather the banks are muddy and new ruts are rapidly being created by anglers driving along them.

We are going to put signs at the end of the upstream and downstream access tracks when the banks are muddy telling anglers to leave their vehicles in the designated parking areas and walk the rest of the way to their pegs.

In the interim to prevent further bank damage don't drive along the banks,

For upstream - leave your vehicle in the parking area at the bottom of the access slope.

For downstream - leave your vehicle on the access track where it meets the bank.

Thanks you for your assistance.
