First ever fishing trip.
Hi BAA, I just thought I'd share this cracking River Teme bag caught by two of your younger members at Eardiston this afternoon. I took Jack (9) and Sam (7) out today for their first ever proper river fishing trip and what an afternoon. Jack caught his first ever chub and at 3lb what a first. Both caught their first brown trout, each having one over 1lb and both caught lots of grayling which they have never seen before. Sam lost a massive brown trout at the net when it shook the hook which I would estimate to be around 3lb and which also led to a few tears (a feeling I'm sure we have all felt). All fish fell to a maggot feeder and the boys hooked and landed all themselves. They would be chuffed if their photo appeared on your website. Cheers, Ben Keen.
