Description

This delightful little Staffordshire river is best enjoyed by the roaming angler. Many twists and turns with shallow runs and deep holes. Chub, perch, pike & barbel can all be found to specimen size. Best fished in late summer, autumn and winter when there is more water in the river.

Approaches

Harlaston: From Tamworth take 'B' road signposted to Harlaston. Turn left at pub and right over the river bridge. Park on roadside then cross field and over footbridge.
