Approaches

Holt Fleet: From A4133 take service road just before Holt Fleet Bridge. Parking is in the lay-by on the approach road. Cross the lock gates onto the island. Fishing is from the main river side of the island only.

Special Regulations: Fishing is strictly for "members only". No visitors, picnics etc. are allowed.

NO FISHING AT NIGHT.

First Barbel

Hello, thought you might like to see my first Barbel caught just below the weir at Holt Fleet Sunday 30th June. Not sure about the weight but it fought like stink!! Ande Roberts

Parking on track to lock

The Canal and River Trust have done a great job providing safe and easy parking for approximately ten cars (note weight restriction's on photographs) Anglers must not use the end of the lane as a turning area as this is restricted to residents only.
