There is no-way the BBA rules can be above the rules of governing body or any environmental laws.

To be legal and above board, the BAA should rescind the present zander rule.

It is no different to a club or member flouting the BAA rules and expecting to ''get away with it''.

It would not be allowed and they would be hauled up in front of the committee.

If I were caught by a Canal and river Trust bailiff returning any non-native species, I would expect to receive and accept some form of punishment.

Flouting rules you don't agree with is not the way we should do things.
