thanks for the reply's think i will have do do a bit of gardening work to be able to fish it!

there are some very large elusive fish down there have seen them myself some monsters in the margins walked the dog further down this morning and heard a massive crash in the water turned round though a sheep fell in but nothing there just a massive ripple good signs!

ive now joined another club further down on the tidal part where the pegs are in much better condition and looked after but this will be my first season on the tidal part so will take your advise about the rising water etc
