Hampton Loade, Arley, Kinlet are all good Barbel area's. To be honest you can fish any of them on the right day and find fish.
At the moment the river level has dropped and that can make it hard to catch during the day, Put a couple of foot on the water and give it a bit of colour and it fishes better.
There's one thing for sure it will be different to what you are used to. Not much stalking goes on round here. Feeder and pellet at present doing the business for most anglers. You will need plenty of feeders as it's easy to lose them, sometimes 3 or 4 in a day. You also need different weight feeders to allow for water levels/current/swims.
