Hi everyone and brummymoorey. Sorry for the late update. Have recently fished the river mease at Harlaston 21 feb. Using a link ledger rig I fished one of the bends nearest to the access gate and had a good day catching roach,dace,and mostly perch on maggot and worm. Nothing of any size but good sport nevertheless, no Chub showed up. Did speak to a chap having a roam after Chub and he had blanked. just a bit of a heads up it was very busy with dog walkers,walkers etc, but it really is a lovely spot and who can blame them. Definitely worth another go before the season ends with lots of pegs to go at. Cheers.
