Can anyone give me any information on pike fishing on the canal in Worcester please as it’s a very long stretch, I had ago today between bridge 30-31 but no joy ? Ino most folks are all secret about good sections but any advice would be nice please cheers guys

Re: Worcester canalThat appears to be the Shernal Green section. I have fished that section many times but only for silvers, however talking to a chap one time he said pike were pretty much none existent on that stretch though some zander were present. I like canals, shame that parking is very much at a premium at any access point. Hope this helps.

Re: Worcester canalI don't know that particular stretch but like many local waters, the canal is subject to poaching and the pike are a prime target. That said, there are still a few fish to be had and I usually manage to catch a few - although they are typically not very big.
