Hearing reports that upper arley is being fished during the closed season anybody else seeing anglers on the rivers

no to any rule changes that i know of.. but they maybe eel fishing or even salmon fishing .
i would report any illegal fishing to the EA . or even the police .
we have to buy licence and pay for our membership.
so dont let others get away with it,

Call the EA or the police.
Some of us do legally fish the river in the closed season but I would be more than happy to see a bailiff when doing so.
