Lets get our facts right when it comes to removing zander from a canal . As the law stands at the moment a angler cannot not be arrested , charged or prosecuted for removing zander from a canal

You may or may not agree with it . That is the law as it stands at the moment

So where does that leave the BAA when there bye-law states , All zander must be returned alive when caught .

It would be help full for some clarification for some one from the BAA make a comment about any zander caught by a BAA member must be returned alive . When the law as it stands clearly states that it is illegal to return zander to the canal . To save any confusion we are talking about a canal and not rivers
