Remember if you do see someone else float fishing don't fall over in shock as it's likely almost everyone will be out on a lead, also canoiests will come by if you are wading all confused that they cannot see your line, it's often best to just let them know they are fine to go by, I've caught big roach and plenty of barbel just as the boats have gone through so the fish don't mind.

Anywhere between Bridgnorth and Bewdley is trotting heaven although as others have stated it can involve a bit of walking sometimes, but what a place to be walking and fishing, The holiday areas sometimes get numpties who will fish directly opposite you despite there being plenty of swims so avoid these areas during silly season. Don't be put off by really shallow swims

Blackstone to Stourport and the lower reaches are also really good but fish better when there's some extra water coming down imo
