18th May we had a club match on No2 pool. I didn't fish due to work. The report I got was very poor. 4lb winning weight which included a decent bream. For most it was just a few perch.
Only around 10 anglers on the bank so not massive pressure for this pool. Previous visits here always included a few good carp. No signs of any carp cruising or thrashing about. Otters, poaching ? Not sure what has gone on here. Is there no bailiff who could enlighten us?
