Flattening out ruts does not work long term!

The best and cheapest way to solve this problem, is, as I have said before, FILL THE RUTS WITH RUBBLE!

Only a fool would waste material spreading all across a track where a vehicles wheels never go.

Just in the tracks will do the job just fine.
